Lin uses public places as her studio - places that are always open. In Lin's "B Train" series she uses common reflective surfaces to add new deminsions and a metiphsyical quality to her pieces. She isn't interested in theorizing about how to render a faithful and objective reflection of real life in her art. Lin's work truly captures the ground between what is percieved by the naked eye and what is not.
